Zendesk integration is in place to automatically create a new item on a board when a ticket is opened. This integration stopped working a few weeks ago and we are unable to identify why the sudden break in system communication

Have you tried reaching out to the app developer for support? In the App Marketplace, there’s usually a link to contact them directly. It might also be worth trying to reset or reinstall the app if that’s easy to do—just in case it’s a temporary glitch.
