Manual Zendesk Linkages

Good morning, all!

I’ve been starting to work with the Zendesk integrations and it appears there’s no way to manually link existing tickets against items, short of using some Python code to create new items from existing tickets.

Is there a way to do this in the interface?

Just to make sure we’re on the same page-- you’re hoping to push existing Zendesk tickets into your board, is that right?
