I have kind of same need for approval workflow. In my case I want to distinguish between creator(s) and reviewer(s). I have setup some automation based on two status columns where the creator can choose “Pls review” status. The reviewer can use the other status column to push the document to bronze, silver or gold status and assign back to the reviewer (or declare it final). This works good except that you can’t restrict editing to a column based on a name in another column.
