Calculate Average Hours working hours (Dashboard)

Hi,
I have in my dashboard a “Numbers” widget in which I can see how many hours I worked today and another “Numbers” widget in which I see how many hours I worked this month.

• We use “Numbers” to calculate work hours.

Is there a way to make a “Numbers” widget in which I can see the average hours I worked this month?
