Calendar with Contacts

My dad runs his own business and it would be great if he could sit down and look at a calendar that has contacts on it and their status whether that’s bill billed quote or done. Anything ontop of that would be a bonus but that’s the basic’s of what he needs. I would like to be able to import contacts from either google contacts or outlook contacts, anything that can work on our phones (android) even willing to buy an ipad and an iphone at this point to do something so simple. I’ve been trying to do this for years and it never works. Can someone give me info as to whether or not monday.com can do this? He’s tech illiterate. We would happily pay someone to set this up

Can you let me know why you and your dad were looking for the calendar view of contacts specifically? I’d love to learn more to see if we can make suggestions here.

At the moment importing from Google or Outlook contacts isn’t supported I’m afraid; that being said, if you can export to Excel or Google Sheets from one of those, you could then import the contacts list into monday.com.

Was this issue ever solved? Is there a way to dynamically integrate and update Outlook contact info with Monday.com and vice versa? I obvo know I can pull in a csv export of Outlook… But is there anything dynamic that keeps their info in sync?

Thank you for following up on this with us!

At this stage, we offer a native integration with Outlook emails (Outlook Integration ), and a two-way sync with Outlook Calendar (Outlook Calendar integration). I am afraid we do not currently have a dynamic integration with Outlook to update contact information, however can certainly see the benefit, and demand for this. I apologize for the setback here, but please note this feedback has certainly been noted.
