Call Tracking and Calculating ad performance

My team is looking to see if there is a template or workflow suitable for keeping track of our different advertisements’ performance.

We use call tracking software called CallFire for most of our clients, but there is no way to house different data so that we can see the performance of each ad.

Is there a use or case study where a marketing team tracks performance of their ads (print, TV, radio, billboard, etc.) calculating cost per call and other performance metrics?
