Hello, we use Yeastar call center and monday.com as crm.
I want to connect our call center with monday.com to be able to monitor my team’s performance, average call duration etc.
Monday.com has aircall but it doesnt look that good.
Is there anything simple anyone can propose? Thank you in advance
