I’m Emmanuel Katto Dubai, looking for a way to track my daily KPIs without the data changing when I update it. For example, I have a board where I log the date I last contacted someone, and I also have a graph set up to count the number of calls made per day. The issue is that when I call the same person the next day, the date updates, and the call count moves to the new day, which removes it from the previous day’s count.
Does anyone have suggestions on how to keep the data from previous days intact while still tracking new calls? Any ideas on how to preserve this historical data would be much appreciated!
