Contact activity tracking

I am trying to get a field in the contacts list that would track time since last activity, say last email, so I can manage if I am falling behind on replying some of the contacts.
Is it possible to extract such data?

This should be possible using the Email & activities Monday integration (dependent on your plan level for integrations)

In the example below i has added an Email address column, a status, sent date & formula Workdays from sent

I can then use the email & service integration to send out an email
Automations then set the sent date and update the status to email sent and the formula works out the number of workdays from email sent day to today to give the number of working days
