Can I create a new item and use a time tracker field as a fixed column

I’ve currently got a project workflow page for each member of staff - they see information they need and there is a time tracker shown. They track how long they spend on that project, I’ve then got an automation so that when they click a button it creates a new item in a board called timesheet - and logs that time - however at the moment it is a mirror to display it. Is there a way to take that time (say 2 hours) and enter it in a number field rather than mirroring it?

The problem with the mirror is if I change the time on the timesheet or the workflow then it changes on the other screen - I’d rather have it set as a number field.

Yes, I am having the same issue. I want it to seek and find a person from each board, then import the hours from each board for that person onto the hours tracking board…then repeat 20 times for all employees. I used to do this easily in excel, there has to be a way to do it.
