How to implement forms in multiple languages? eg. A form originally created in English for an Australian office, but now, the china office is using it, how to convert to Mandarin? Or do you have to create the same form but in difference languages, meaning one form per language?
Hey @vyhua, good question and thanks so much for posting!
At the moment I’m afraid it’s not possible to send 1 form in 2 languages. The language that will appear is the one you use to set up the board.

Hi there,
Is there s a solution found since a year for that ?
Or is it still impossible to have 1 form in 2 languages ?
Thank you,
Mathilde
I am also looking to see if this functionality has or will be implemented. We’d like to show forms in 2 or more languages and have them added to the board in the language that is filled out.
The workaround we implemented for the moment is that we duplicated the form and then changed the display text to the other language in the new form. The caveat being that every drop down options is written in the original language of the board itself. For the time being it will do for our usage.
I solved this by starting the form with a multiple choice for choosing a language.
Any update on this? currently it’s a very manual process to create multiple forms for different languages.
additionally the major issue is also mapping the questions to the same columns of a group, since they are identical fields (just in different languages). That’s not something a user can do manually.
Also hoping for an update on this. Please consider the many bilingual countries you service.

Yes I wondered with there new AI Tools if this could be done or a draft conversion applied. I got excited when I saw all the options but it does not convert link other tools on the marketplace eg: Jot form
