Change Column Value using Dynamic Field in Doc

We have a unique use case where we would like to have a questionnaire for our implementation reps in a Monday doc. This way they can have notes and additional information as they are getting initial data from a client. About half of the information needs to remain just a notes while the rest needs to then be inputted into the item on the board. It would be very helpful to have the dynamic column value fields go two way so that our reps can change the values or fill them out as they are taking notes so that they don’t have to go fill it out after the call.
