Hello, fairly new here. I’ve built a couple boards (not recently) and am looking into creating a massive (which I feel they all are) change management board.
I came from JIRA at my old company and currently don’t have anything in place and I want to change that.
I’m hoping I can create a starting point where all main points I need to determine the flow of the process get filled out.
The information given in something like a google form would be automatically inputted into the columns of a board and my automations within Monday was work on it from there.
I’m sure everyone does things a little different and the general board provided is minimal in comparison to how I feel manufacturing changes need to happen.
Could anyone help push me in the right direction?
Monday.com have there own form that can directly populate a board. Have you checked out the great free templates? Other place I would look for good template / example is the Spaces area: Change Management Plan
Hi Mike,
You can look into creating a high level board to store all the main details of each project and use automations to input data from forms into columns on your boards.
FYI When setting up the automations, you’ll be able to pick a template for the new boards.
Also, you could use custom templates for specific projects and linking them with Connect Boards Column or Mirror Columns.
Cheers,
Harsh
