Two in one, but both suggestions easy to understand:

Enable axis to include negative values. Right now, they only support positive numbers, so bubbles plotted with a negative x or y value are not shown.

Enable the axis limits to be fixed instead of automatically stretched to fit data.
If I could have only one implemented, #1 is my priority.
