We have this incentive for sales that grants points everytime a sale is made. We have two boards one where we register the specific sale (policy number, agent, amount, date, etc) and another with the agents information.
I want to make a mass automatic email each moth to show them how many credits they made the last month and YTD.
Best approach is to track points on your sales board using a Numbers column and connect each sale to the agent using a Connect Boards column. Mirror the points into the agents board so each agent has totals tied to their sales.
You can use date based views or automations to calculate monthly and YTD totals, then send a recurring email using an Email column or an email automation.

In my case, each new element is a policy sold. So when I add the Connect Boards column I do not have a way to sum all the elements (policies sold) and assign them to each agent.

Try using the Monday.comMass Email Tracking feature. In your case you’ll bulk select the users on your board and select the “Send mass email” from the multi action menu and from there connect your outlook/gmail account that will send the emails. I hope this works!!
