Connecting boards in a multi-level hierachy

Looking for a way to reflect the Objective/Goals/Strategy/Measures organisation strategy tool that can be used to link low level projects(measures) to organisational objectives. I want to be able to aggregate project status and timelines as you ascend the ladder from multiple projects supporting a sub-strat, to several sub-strats supporting a strat, to several strats supporting a goal, to several goals supporting an objective. Connect/mirror works brilliantly for two levels but not beyond. The OGSM template is almost standard now in organisations so I can’t be the first Monday user faced with this challenge. I not there are multiple apps out there that roll up data across boards. How have others solved this conundrum? Would be very interested to see how others have solved it.

What about a dashboard that pulls in info from all the boards?

We love the Rollup Multiple Boards app from the excellent team - it’s a one-off cost and will allow you to establish a hierarchy as deep as you like. Thanks Desiree - had a quick look and I can add the projects as separate boards but can’t work out a way to aggregate the data. Are you aware of any way to display, for example, the aggregated timeline for all projects that support a goal? This works with connect/mirror but only up two levels of connection

What kind of columns are you looking to combine?

Looking to aggregate project timelines and status as you move up the OGSM structure. For example, by the time your reach the top level (Enterprise Objective) it will provide an overview of the timeline for all projects that support that goal (via the sub-strategy, Strategy and Goals that support that Objective) and the status of all the tasks in those projects.

An addendum to my original post - have developed a workable, interim solution: I have a defined hierarchy for each project, up to the enterprise objective level, with as many intermediate levels as required. As Monday only permits two levels of roll up but as many board connections as I like, so long as the Project board is directly connected to the level in question (using the defined hierarchy to guide which boards require the project information) then the information will roll up. This does make set up a bit more complex when a new project starts, but I’m building a workflow to help prompt and track the activities required.
