We’re trying to ensure that if a dropdown column contains data on one board, that same data is mirrored on another board without manually adding the list from the original board to the new one. While mirror and connected boards work, they require linking tasks across boards, which isn’t ideal when multiple tasks exist but don’t need to be duplicated on each board.
Each board represents different projects, but they should all share the same dropdown list of entries. The current mirror and connection options add specific tasks/items to another project board, but that department doesn’t need visibility into another team’s tasks—only the dropdown data needs to be consistent across boards.
The same logic applies to the status column: if I, as a Monday admin, add a new status, it should automatically sync across all boards rather than requiring manual updates. Since we prioritize automation, can this be implemented as well?
