Contact filling out form

Hi all,

I’m really struggling with this and can’t seem to find the answer anywhere. For a powerful CRM, it would seem unbelievable that it doesn’t exist.

I am looking to have a lead generating form on our website. When this is filled out, it creates a ‘lead’ in our customer onboarding board. We would like to send an email to the lead requesting more information. How do we do it so that someone can fill out their history that adds it to their lead details? If it needs to be a whole new board and form, how do we attached the history to the initial lead details?

For this, we would suggest using the WorkForms and creating a form that will automatically populate your leads board or contacts board with each form submission as its own item.
