I’m currently facing an issue on my Deals board, specifically the connected column of the Contacts board in the Monday CRM.
They were all working fine, but any new Deal I add to my board, when I select my contact in the connected board column, it shows the contact, it also updates the mirrored column “Account”, but once I leave the board and come back or simply refresh the page, it disappears. I’ve tried to add multiple Deals, and disconnect and reconnect the Contacts column, it happens all the time for any new deal I create.
