Conversation Bubble for Boards and Groups

Hello - I love the conversation bubbles at the item and subitem level of the groups. It provides team members will a fantastic way to capture and review status, updates, and discussion points. However, several times I’ve been wanting add comments, status and other communications at a higher level, such as at a Group or Board level. Is it possible to have the same type of conversation bubble at those levels as well?
