We manage a building maintenance team across a campus style organization. We can receive up to 30-40+ maintenance requests per day. Each request is an item that is assigned to a worker and we communicate specific information about that particular item through the conversation/ chat dialogue box.
We have a guy on our team who is color blind and doesn’t notice the chat bubble turn blue when we update an item. When the requests pour-in, he can have up to 15+ items assigned and sometimes conversation updates are overlooked.
It would be helpful if the “add to conversation” bubble on the boards had a stronger visual like a pulse/blink or small animation when someone updates the conversation. This would benefit anyone who manages multiple conversations at a single time.
