We’ve set up an automation (via Zapier) so that when a form is completed (on Jotform), the PDF version is uploaded as a URL on a Monday Board.
We ultimately then then to
download the file
Rename it (to the ‘item name’)
Upload it to another bit of software (SimPro)
Update the status in Monday once this is done.
I’m wondering if there’s a way to do steps 1 and 2 within Monday?
You can manually download the file from the Files column in Monday.com and then rename it, but to have ti automatically be done that would need to be done through Zapier upon the submission.
