Hello.
So I have an automation that when a status is set to complete. It duplicates the item an moves it to a different board. Not a problem.
Except for it moves the original to the other board and creates the duplicate on the board I’m already in.
How do I get it to make the duplicate version be the one added to the other board - and the original stays where it is?

have you tried a custom automation like this one?
you can then just map all the values from the original item to the new item in the next board. Let me know if you run into any issues there.

I am having this same issue but need a file moved. You can’t do that unless you create the copy and move the main item…but I only want the copy to move…thoughts?
