Copying and connecting subitems to items in a destination board

When you copy a subitem to become an item on a destination board with automation, you can create a connection between the items on the destination board to the item on the original board, however the automation does not allow to connect the specific subitem to the item on the destination board through the automation, only manually which creates a lot of work. 2 capabilities already exist:

1. Copying a subitem from a board to an item in a destination board
2. Connecting between a subitem to an item on a destination board

The only thing that is missing is for the automation to create this type of connection when it makes the copy. See screenshot below, orange box and arrow

Hi @Asafraz25 VLOOKUP auto-link app is a great tool for connecting subitems to items and much more . Since it is not an automation it also supports changes after item is created. Check it out and let me know if this helps!
