Country Code Field for Mobile Number in the End User's Form Submission View

This should be a simple but MUCH needed fix! Having to manually add a 1 in front over every number defeats the purpose of automating the retrieval.

By simply clicking on the phone number, our company is able to use Zoom or Google Voice to call clients. I have inherited hundreds of clients, who do not have “1” in front of the phone #, so it registers as an international call. Going back & adding “1” in front of every number is a bear. Is there a way to create a formula column to put the “1” in?

Hi. I just saw this was fixed and quite well, in fact. In the form, there are now two ways to preformat the country code. Perfect. At last.

A welcome addition to the form option! Just wish we could do this in the table/column view also.

Is there any update on this? Ideally we’d like to be able to turn off the country code completely. Our clients are ONLY in our country, and the automatic formatting to include the country code messes with our integrations.

Adding on this pile-on. @monday, have you used the phone field on a mobile device? The one we just tested on has the country field wider than the phone field. The user had no idea what to do. they kept clicking the country field wondering where to enter the phone number. I guess we’ll put in a text field for the phone and hope for the best.
