Create a calendar for availability based on Status columns

I have a board where my team add the days that they are in work over the next few weeks.


The team member selects AM/PM/All Day/Annual Leave in the status column for each day. I then want the days in which that person has marked a day as “Annual Leave” to appear in a calendar. Any suggestions as to how I can do this.It can be a calendar view of this board, or mirroring the board somehow or copying the “items” into a new board.

I expect staff to change their selections over time so it won’t work to just create a new item in another board if the person selects “Annual Leave” (which does work, I’ve tried it) because the person might change it back again and then there may be multiple records in the new board (does that make sense). Any suggestions gratefully received.
