Create a "My Date" Column so each user could set his own work pace

Dear Sir, as a User, I would love to have a Dynamic Date feature, similar to the Dynamic Person, in which each user could set an individual date to work on a task/subtask, creating a flexible and personal scheduling and work pace with zero impact on others. This Dynamic Date would suit greatly to set the “My Work” view. Please, let me know your thoughts on this matter. Best regards,
