I’m looking to use Monday to improve the way my company tracks projects. All our projects are quoted in Hours, and I would like to be able to create a timeline based on the start date and the quoted number of hours (with 8 hours per day). Is there a way to set this up?

What column type are you using to quote/specify the hours? A couple of work arounds come to mind but it would be helpful to understand your requirement in a little more detail.
I have a few ideas on getting around that depending on your complete requirement.
