Create automation that extract e-mail-addresses and add's them to CRM?

Use case:

When one of our consultants get a new contact at any of our clients, we want to make it as easy for them to be added.

Anyone have ideas for doing this? I was thinking about the possibility for them to simply forward an e-mail to a board, and the board automations would automatically search for e-mail addresses and add these to a column? Would this be possible?
