My organisation is at the beginning of our Monday journey, so our system maturity is quite low.
We are currently using Monday to help forecast our creative team’s time and have created a board that includes their charge amounts, allowing us to offer a fee for service. However, we still heavily rely on print media and, as such, use external printers.
At the moment, my design coordinators are spending an excessive amount of time obtaining physical quotes from our printers in Australia, who use iPrint. They then manually input this information into Monday so we can quote out the service of our designer(s) fee, plus the print copies required. This process is quite cumbersome and time-consuming.
Has anyone successfully managed to set up a way in Monday to upload these quotes or directly shuttle the data from iPrint and successfully set up a fee for service? Any insights or suggestions you could share would be greatl
