Hey there! So it looks like you might want to create some automation recipes and status columns with “Blocked”, “Not blocked”, “Approved”, and “Not approved” as status labels.
Then, you can set up an automation recipe like “When item (lead) is created, and status is “Not blocked”, move to Sales Order group”. Instead of just a different group in the board, you could move the item to a different board for your Sales Orders.
Then, you would just set up a recipe like this for every stage in the process to move the item to a different group or board, or change a column in that item.
