in the work management section of the platform, the item card that would be displayed would contain a direct breadcrumb URL to actual board displayed, A few months ago this changed on the CRM side of the product and now the whole item card for the board item is displayed but we will want to display the URL for that board to allow direct access. Has anyone found a way to display the URL link for the board in the new connect style cards for CRM?

There is a poor workaround, in the three dot menu is a copy link option, you can copy it and paste it to your browser. Its a terrible change in that regard.
Thank you, I had seen this but I’m not sure all user can see it? I’m admin so I will test that out unless someone knows? Its a very poor workaround though I quite agree. Thank you for your help.
I recently learned that in CRM you can go back to the Work Management item page if you disable a fracture in mondaylabs called “CRM item page”. You must go to your profile > monday las > CRM Item page.
