I’m requesting 2 different types of item views for monday’s CRM. I’d like both, but either or is also fine.

Have an item viewer option similar to Work Management’s, where we click an item and a side panel, that we can size-manipulate, appears. This is very helpful when scrolling through the item list in the CRM and wanting to select various options (and not necessarily clicking the up or down key with the current CRM viewer, which then takes time to find the next item we are looking for; or, going in and out of the pop-up window).

Select the current CRM item viewer as a default view for a board (can be customizable and each user can decide their preferred view [regular board or task viewer]). However, this default board/item view is more robust and allows one to more easily find specific information, similar to the current board’s UI of selecting the desired item, filtering, and more.
