Custom email domain

It seems very strange that even on Enterprise it its not possible to have a custom email domain for emails send from the system. I get that you would not have this on a free platform but we are paying a heavy price tag to have Enterprise and to not have this feature seems very strange!

100% Agreed. This feature is a standard feature for any software that manages emails whether they are transactional or conversational, and no matter if it is IMAP, POP3, or SMTP. Monday really does need to implement this into the CRM platform. It is actually a prequalifying feature for many software purchases.

Additionally, this is not an Enterprise feature, this is a Basic feature in many other softwares found in WordPress, Hubspot, Joomla, etc. It seems to be an extreme oversight that this ability to route emails through a client server does not exist within Monday. Only “claim domain” is available on Enterprise, which leaves IT professionals scratching their heads on how to manage emails properly.
