Dashboard Access for Guests Without an Account

I do a lot of client work would like the ability to create a dashboard to showcase work across several boards for a client to have visibility into their projects without having to create an account.

I completely agree,
this would be an incredibly useful feature for client collaboration! While dashboards can’t currently be shared without an account, the Monday Customer Portal could be a potential solution.

As of now, the portal allows you to include forms and external links.
However, Monday.com has mentioned that they plan to add a way for clients without an account to see item statuses and track progress: https://support.monday.com/hc/en-us/articles/19588196914066-monday-service-Customer-Portal

Our next steps are to add:
Knowledge Base
A fully customizable Knowledge Base for your organization. Create monday Docs for each of your articles and house them in on centralized location. You’ll be able store and organize your content into different categories and sections depending on your unique needs. It will enable you to link different sections or highlight articles right on the home page of your Customer Portal, and will even enable a keyword search.

Content permissions
We’re working on bringing you customizable permissions settings for your portal. You will be able to define viewing permissions on a granular level, including access to articles and links on the Customer Portal.

Personal Area
The Personal Area will be a personalized area for you to easily access all of your tickets. You’ll be able to see open or closed tickets from here, check on their statuses, respond to support requests, and more!

It would be amazing if @monday.com could also extend this functionality to include dashboards and board views in the portal. This would give clients a comprehensive, high-level overview of their projects alongside detailed task progress, all without requiring an account.
