Thank you for being patient with me - I apologise for the delay in my response :pray:

That said, whilst subject to change, the plan is to support greater board connections in dashboards is for Q3 - stayed tuned for further updates!

In addition to my recent update, I wanted to also mention that specific to this feature request, automatically adding boards from a workspace to a dashboard is a functionality planned for Q3 too :slight_smile:

This would be great. AND/OR the ability to automate a board from a template to be connected to a dashboard. Would be SO helpful with our project template boards for real time reporting.

Hello Bianca,

Is there any update regarding when the functionality to automatically add all boards in a workspace to a dashboard is set to be released?

Also is there any plan to increase the number of boards you can pull into a dashboard. We have a Enterprise plan so can currently do 50 but need to be able to pull at least 100 or more if possible. How would it work if your workspace was set to pull into a Dashboard but exceeded the board max for the dashboard?

If you are open to using apps then take a look at our app Master Data. Connecting as many boards as you would like to a Master Boards is its number 1 selling point imo. We made it extremely affordable as well. You can either create a chart view (and share a link to the view), or connect you single master board to a dashboard.

Thank you for the feedback! This looks promising but I do have one concern. How would this affect MyWork? For example, if I created a master board pulling all 150 boards from a workspace into a single board so I could then populate that board into the Dashboard in questions, would it also create duplicate tasks for all my team members thus making their MyWork (todo list) look twice as long and possible affecting how things pull into their MyWork (since it is also limited it how much data it can pull). Let me know what you think!

Hi Samantha, you do bring up a legitimate point that I never considered, as our team has too many items for My Work… to work :sweat_smile:… You can ask everyone with access to the Master Board to remove the Master Board from the My Work settings (you can tick on and off boards to be included), or If they don’t have access to the Master Board then it wouldn’t pull the synced items into My Work. I would love to see the My Work limit increased which I bet already is a feature request.
