To make dashboards more efficient and less challenging to build/maintain, we should be able to apply filters to all boards within a dashboard, instead of having to add filters to each board individually. For example, I want my dashboard to filter out all items with a status of “Complete” and it seems incredibly tedious to have to go through and do this board by board.
Any response here? That’s would be a big deal for me…

Yes!! Please. Having to go through and set up the same filter on every chosen board is a huge job of upkeep that negates any benefit from having the dashboard.

We are looking for this functionality as well. If there was a way to do a single filter to all widgets/boards in a dashboard, that would help with our ability to utilize it during meetings by quickly transitioning from one project to the next.

I need this also. Duplicating the filter across all boards is a pain and error-prone.

Agree. There are ways I would like to use the dashboards and currently can’t because it’s too much of a pain to manually create these filter settings every time we bring a new board/client into the system. Please add this functionality.
Agreed. This is much needed. Use case: we have a projects board that has 1:many data relationships with multiple other boards like sites, partners, fundraising, budgets, contracts, and metrics. We have connected all these boards / items so the projects board items can be linked to the related items on the other boards. Relevant project data, like Project Name and Project Status, can then be mirrored on the linked items in those other boards.
All of these boards have been added to a project tracking dashboard. The dashboard filter should be able to filter ALL of those boards with a single filter. For example, filter by Project Name or Project Status. This would allow easy filtering so the dashboard shows all relevant data (e.g., for a single project) across all of these boards. To achieve this now, we have to redo the individual filters for all 7 boards every time we want to change the filter conditions. This is not functional / practical and defeats the purpose of overall dashboard functionality.

We would love to be able to sort and filter all boards within a dashboard at once. This functionality would greatly help our work process!

I heartily agree with this. Changing filters is way too time consuming, even on dashboards with only 3 or so boards in play.
This is a must for nearly all users that need to show data from multiple boards. Just a simple apply to all boards button is what is needed.
