Just wondering if there is a way to show data that has been archived in the dashboard.

Good Morning, i have been working with our enterprise rep, and he indicated that it could not, so we built a work around:
We build an “archive” board that we use to archive our data from another board, for that very reason to show data. And that board alone is “hidden” from most but the dashboard can still be seen. Then after 90 days or for some, 6 month we data that old is fully archived, so we get a trailing 90 day or 6 months, view on the dashboard.
Does that make sense? I feel like i sometimes have a hard time articulating my thoughts.
