Hello everyone.
I started using Monday at the beginning of 2023.
I use it as an annual planner for production in a workshop.
Once a current year is finished, for example, the board (2024) is replaced with a copy (structure only) to create a new board (2025) and thus be able to plan for the new year.
I’ve been doing this since 2023.
I immediately wondered… what to do with last year’s board?
I archived the board from the “expired” year.
So far, so good.
My problem is that whenever I want to look up data from an archived board (I only have two: 2023 and 2024), I find it very difficult to locate them because the search system in the archive is very limited and only offers results if the search month is specifically indicated.
Can’t the archive show all archived boards regardless of their archive date?
I think it’s a very serious limitation, and I don’t know if it’s because of my subscription plan or my limited knowledge… probably the latter, but either way, it’s a very unintuitive and impractical system.
In the end, my solution for 2024 was (when I finally managed to find it) to remove it from the archive and place it in a new folder in my workspace called “My Archive Does Work.”
But I still can’t find the 2023 board.
*I hope I explained myself well.
