Date in Zapier triggered item disappears after 1 second

I have set up an integration with my bank account to create new items in my Monday board.
The item is created successfully, but the date column value is shown and then disappears after ~1 second.
I did use date formatting to “YYYY-MM-DD”, tested in Zappier that the formatted output is “2022-05-31” and the date value in Monday is shown as May 31, so it’s not a formatting issue and the data does get to Monday.
Any ideas?
