Does monday.com provide a dialer interface inside the platform i.e I do not have to go to the third party tool I can make the calls directly from monday. Most of the dialers in the marketplace are not supported in African countries.
I use 3cx as a tool to pass the calls. Can it be integrated that the dialer interface to call and hangup calls is on the monday.com app. Query phone number and populate the item card if the number is found. If anyone can help with this lets talk. Also to set predictive dialing?
