Disable holiday & vaction days in the workload widget (with custom capacity)

We would like to add vacation and public vacations, without using the work schedule, in the calendar of the Workload widget. This would allow us to continue working based on set capacity values, but not have to sacrifice the ability to turn off unavailable days.
