Discover to which board a pulse mail address is linked to

Hi,

I want to find the board to which a specific mail address is linked to.

I see that I’ve sent an email to a pulse address, but I can’t discover where it landed in Monday.com, so in which conversation/board.

Is there a trick for this?

Look at your sent emails to see if you can find the original email you sent to the pulse address. Often, the email subject line might mention the board name or project it relates to.

No that is often not enough to find the correct board, expecially in our environment in which we have >100 boards.

But I did find a workable solution:
E.g. with this (fake) pulse address: pulse-156131135612@xxx-team.us.monday.com

Just go to any random board in your environment, and open a random conversation. The url will look like this:
https://xxx-team.monday.com/boards/123123123123123/pulses/65484994123

Replace the last number with the one from your mail address:
https://xxx-team.monday.com/boards/123123123123123/pulses/156131135612

As the board number and the pulse number are not the correct combination, it will automatically replace the board number with the board to which the pulse really refers…
