Hey Justin, where is the text you’re looking for located on the board? Is it in the update section of the item, in a text column, or somewhere else?
Hi @malia.monday - it was in the BODY of the main text description text box thingy.
I was also hoping to find it in the text column TASK (task title/subject).
Perhaps are you referencing the Item Description widget? If so, this is not currently supported in the Search Everyone feature.
However, if the text is in an update section of the item or in a text column this should be searchable!
Yes @malia.monday - that’s the area we are searching on. For us, this is where the most data is stored and value we get when searching. i do understand that the Item Description can be a lot of text so now we have an issue with storing a lot of search data. I get it. Maybe I missed any UI hints that suggested this component was not indexed.
