I have a board called work done. Everytime a task is done, its moved there.
How can I, if possiblem duplicate a board for use for next year if all my task have been moved to work done? These are boards that will be reused with many of the same tasks. But since I have moved the tasks to work done, it want be duplicated.

I’m MK from Mindflows. To reuse a board for the next year in monday.com, you can create a template board before moving tasks to your “Work Done” board. At the start of the new year, duplicate the template to create a fresh version with the same structure and tasks. Instead of moving tasks to “Work Done,” you could mark tasks as complete or archive them, so they stay on the original board but are hidden from view. When duplicating the board next year, only active tasks are copied, and you can adjust the new board as needed.
Alternatively, you could set up recurring automations to recreate tasks automatically, reducing the need for manual duplication.
