My non-profit organizes several annual events that reoccur every year. And we are in the process of trying to streamline to ensure we are hitting deadlines for these events as many overlap - to ensure we’re not missing any benchmarks. What we are looking for is a way to duplicate an entire board, with subitems and then to be able to mass update the year to the next year forward. For example, we are about to start planning our events for 2026, so I’d like to duplicate my “2025” board - that has each of my events as a separate group with the items and subitems needed for the event. I would like to be able to go into the settings for “Timeline” and mass update each items “timeline year” from 2025 to 2026, rather than have to go and manually edit each item and subitem individually. That way the deadlines are are still round about the same time, for example 3rd week of January for Contract Sign, etc. I’m hoping this is something that can be added because it is currently very cumbersome to manually edit each item and subitem.
