Email Confirmations

Hi all,

We have a board where we capture requests from users via a form, the requester is sent an automated email with the information from the form.

What we are looking for is a way for that automated email to have a confirmation process, where the requester is required to reply or confirm the request in order to cofirm the request actually coming from the user requesting, instead of a second user using another employees email.

Any ideas? I don’t see a way to have a user reply to the pulse from the initial automated email.

How did you make it so that the requester is sent an automated email with the information from the form? We are looking to do that!

The recipe is: When a new item created send an email to “Requesters Email”

Requesters Email is a column on the board and is data collected in the form

Did you ever find a solution to: I don’t see a way to have a user reply to the pulse from the initial automated email.

I send out an automated email which recommends client respond back if they have any questions. I don’t see a way to add the item’s pulse address in the template so the client’s response attaches to the item.
