Email signature does not show up

We have company created email templates which are shared. One of our staff has their email configured, but after choosing one of our templates, her email disappears.

This has also started happeing to our team. Have you had any luck with a solution?

Not yet - Now is happening to 4 teams members. Was working before. Started on 1.29.25.

Not yet - we alerted Monday to the issue. If we ever get a response/solution will post it.

If you try again, everything should work as expected. If you still run into any issues, feel free to let us know and we’ll take another look!
