Emails & Activities tracking emails on multiple items with the same email address

Hey all,

There is easy solution for that, there’s an app named SuperMail that functions similar to emails and activities with few bonus features:

  1. It assigns incoming emails to items per item ID rather than the email column so that solves the main issue raised in this discussion.
  2. It allow sending rich text designed automated emails with attachments and hyperlinks (not available in standard monday functionality)
  3. You can include button in email templates that will trigger a status change in your boards. Great for approval process.
