In the Emails and Activities tab within the contact card we are seeing all emails to and from the company that the contact works for. This appears to be due to the contact board and company board being connected.
We would like to view only the emails exchanged with this contact. There is a filter but when applied it only shows the emails sent to the contact from Monday and not our outlook emails. We need to be able to see the emails sent to/from the contact whether they were sent through Outlook or Monday.
It’s impractical to have a contact without a connected company in a CRM, so how is this expected to be handled?
